El Dorado County Website User Survey

Our Mission is to provide efficient, courteous and effective services and infrastructure for the safety, protection and well-being of our residents, businesses and visitors.

Last year, El Dorado County launched a refreshed, modernized website using feedback from the public to drive the site's service offerings, navigation and design. The new website incorporated feedback from a broad range of users, including business owners, residents, tourists, parents, retirees, homeowners, and many more.

Now that our new site has been available for a full year, we want to hear how we can continue improving the ways in which our site supports you! Please help us by completing this short survey (less that 5 minutes) to tell us what is important to you.
