Conditional Use Permit for the following operations within the RFH zone: a recreational vehicle (RV) resort; a campground facility; a hotel; to allow the hotel to exceed the 35-foot height limit; and to allow the swimming pool and pickle ball courts to operate outside of daytime hours; 5. Administrative Permit to allow for the following operations within the RFH zone: apartment for the on-site manager; pickleball courts; swimming pool; and perimeter gates.
