Conditional Use Permit, Planned Development Permit Revision, and Rezone for the development and ongoing operation of a RV resort and campground consisting of 53 standard RV spaces, 77 premium RV spaces, 110 RV spaces of 50-feet in length, Six (6) pull-through RV lanes for a total of 12 spaces of 45 feet in length, Nine (9) van/ tent spaces, five (5) tent spaces, one (1) group tent space, 23 cabins/tiny homes, seven (7) glamping tent cabins, and four (4) yurts. The site would also include a 75,100-square-foot hotel, a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse, 1,400-square-foot caretaker apartment, eight (8) bath houses of 1,200-square-feet each, a 2,000-square-foot chapel, a 2,000-square-foot maintenance facility, and 3,000-square-feet of paved pavilions. The requested rezone would change the existing Regional Commercial zone district within a Planned Development Overlay (CR-PD) to Recreational Facilities, High Intensity within a Planned Development Overlay (RFH-PD).

The project site is part of an approved 535,000 square foot retail development (Planned Development permit #PD97-0011). If the current proposal is denied or otherwise not approved, the prior approved project would continue to be allowed to be built.
