The requested rezone would change the existing Regional Commercial zone district within a Planned Development Overlay (CR-PD) to Recreational Facilities, High Intensity within a Planned Development Overlay (RFH-PD).
The project site is part of an approved 535,000 square foot retail development (Planned Development permit #PD97-0011). If the current proposal is denied or otherwise not approved, the prior approved project would continue to be allowed to be built.
