Design Review Permit request for the construction and ongoing occupancy of a 16,160-square-foot six-plex apartment building for the purpose of renting the space for multifamily use. PG&E electrical service would be used to power the proposed building and public water and sewer service would be provided from El Dorado Irrigation District (EID) facilities and would connect to existing infrastructure located on the east side of the site within the public utility easement. The project would install approved drought-tolerant plant species that comply with the Landscaping and Irrigation Standards contained in the Community Design Standards, and with the County’s Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance (MWELO).
