Proposed development of a new 10-unit residential subdivision on 10 lots, 20,018 square feet to 73,063 square feet and four (4) landscaping lots ranging in size from 435 square feet to 3,484 square feet, located on an 8.42-acre site. Roadway improvements and new utility hook-ups would be included. The proposed map is provided in the linked PDF. The current zoning of the project site is Single-Unit Residential, minimum lot size 20,000 square feet - Planned Development (R20K-PD) and the General Plan land use designation for the project site is AP (Adopted Plan). The project would be a Subdivision to 10 lots ranging in size from 20,018 square feet to 73,063 square feet, and a Planned Development Permit to ensure consistency with the existing specific plan (El Dorado Hills Specific Plan).
